Kevin Paysinger
AttorneyAttorney Kevin Paysinger is a partner with Lansing Roy, P.A. who practices exclusively in the area of bankruptcy law and represents businesses and individual debtors in Chapter 7, 13, and 11 proceedings. Kevin Paysinger began working at Lansing Roy, P.A. as a part-time clerk while he was finishing his undergraduate degree back in 2000. Once he obtained his Bachelors in Business Administration-Business Management and Marketing from the University of North Florida in 2003, he became a full-time employee of the firm and focused his efforts on marketing and advertising. Kevin Paysinger continued working for the firm while he attended law school, and slowly worked his way up to partner after graduating with a juris doctor from Florida Coastal School of Law and passing the bar.

William B. McDaniel
AttorneyWilliam McDonald is an associate with Lansing Roy, P.A. who focuses his practice on representing creditors and debtors in bankruptcy and foreclosure matters. His emphasis is in representing businesses, individuals, and creditors in Chapter 11 reorganization proceedings. William McDaniel received his Bachelor of Science in Journalism from Georgia Southern University in 2004 and spent time working in the commercial lending and construction industries before entering law school. He graduated cum laude from Florida Coastal School of Law in 2010. He is licensed to practice law in both Georgia and Florida. While in law school, William McDaniel contributed over 125 hours of pro bono work and was subsequently recognized as a Pro Bono Honors Graduate. He also served as an intern for the Honorable Thomas E. Morris, United States Magistrate Judge for the Middle District of Florida.
