Kendal Sanders, Esq.

Ms. Sanders began her law career with Jacksonville Area Legal Aid and has been an Associate Attorney with the Law Office of David M. Goldman PLLC since 2011. She began practicing consumer law with foreclosure defense, but quickly expanded her practice to include short sales, mortgage modifications, and other debt collection matters. In addition, her practice now includes bankruptcy and guardianship Law. Ms. Sanders began her consumer law practice while in law school working in the Consumer Law Clinic as a Certified Legal Intern. While in the Consumer Law Clinic, she had the opportunity of handling a variety of cases, including foreclosure, debt collection, and quiet title actions. Her consumer law experience continued throughout law school with a Judicial Externship in St. John’s County, Florida, where she worked directly with Judge J. Michael Traynor.

Markus Sermons

Markus A. Sermons is a litigation attorney focusing in the areas of Criminal Defense, DUI, Domestic Violence, Juvenile, Traffic Tickets, White Color Crime, Divorce/Family Law, Probate/Trust Litigation, and general Civil Litigation. Prior to joining the Law Office of David M. Goldman PLLC, he spent several years in the Office of the Public Defender litigating criminal matters in the Juvenile and Felony divisions, but began his law career with the Office of the State Attorney as a Legal Trainee. With countless hearings and many jury and bench trials to his credit, Mr. Sermons has extensive courtroom experience. Additionally, Mr. Sermons has also worked with Court Administration, where he was assigned as a Staff Attorney in the Probate Division. While serving as Staff Attorney/Law clerk for the Probate Division, he worked closely with the Honorable Peter L. Dearing on thousands of cases, reviewing files and researching issues on behalf of the court in Probate and Guardianship matters. After joining the Law Office of David M. Goldman PLLC, Mr. Sermons has expanded his practice to Family and Civil Litigation, as well.
