Have had a good experience so far. My first application only half of my backyard was treated but I called and they came back for free 3 days later.

They are a great company.
They are a great company. I used to take care of my lawn myself and it looked bad. Ever since True Green started taking care of my lawn, it looks great.

The service provided by the technicians
The service provided by the technicians is second to none. Our grass and bushes/trees look better this year than any of our previous 12 years of our self care. The technicians explain the service to be provided and what we should expect in the coming weeks after the treatment. I am now a believer in the Trugreen lawn care program!

Now it is beautiful
Before Trugreen I had a patchy, scruffy lawn. Now it is beautiful. I also have pest control and have enjoyed the mosquito free outdoors for the past year.

TruGreen has provided several treatment
TruGreen has provided several treatment services and they were always on time, very polite, and answered all of our questions. The treatments have improved our yard and so far most of the weeds have been killed - including our dollarweed.

TruGreen provides excellent
TruGreen provides excellent service with safe & effective products. We started with the lawn and over a couple of years added shrubs, aeration, ant & mosquito control. Our yard looks great and the professional advice has always been helpful!

Truegreen or Scotts
Truegreen or Scotts whatever I have been with for a lot of years, I feel they are always helpful to me in answering questions concerning my lawn, and their tech people are very into their jobs and are very good. I always ask lots of questions and they have answers. Sometimes I have to reschedule and their are ok with it, I have certain things on how my lawn is done and they do it just great. As long as they stay great I will continue to use them in the future. thanks. You have to know also that we all know that no one ever wins these surveys, but thats ok we understand. My lawn looks like a country club golf course and I hope you continue to do a good job thanks True green.

TruGreen does a very good job
TruGreen does a very good job on our front yard; we had bad crabgrass - Gone now. The techs are pleasant and easy to work with; leave a print out about what they did that day and how our lawn is doing. The best news is the HOA quit writing us about the yard:)

It's nice to receive a courtesy phone call before each visit. Technicians care and knock on the door to discuss issues and/or leave detailed information. Seem to genuinely care.

Very good service. Treatments seem to be effective. Great difficulty in getting personal contact except when company salespersons call repeatedly to press for your purchase of additional services!
