PhotographerI am a Wedding, Fine-art Portrait, Maternity, Newborn, Family, Headshot and Senior photographer based in Jacksonville, Florida, but available to travel worldwide. I am also an award-winning destination wedding photographer! I think I’ve always been the one with a camera. Whether it was with my family or friends, I’ve always tried to capture happy moments when they happened! It was about seven years ago that I realized I wanted better equipment and wanted to learn the true art of editing pictures to bring the best out of every shot. I can remember the moment I realized what professional pictures can mean to people. There was a young lady I loved named Catie, She was 15 years old and was battling cancer. Well, Catie and I had an impromptu photo shoot one night in my backyard. A few months later, Catie lost her battle with cancer. Those pictures meant so much to me and to her family. I knew I had to keep furthering my career in photography and continue to give back to families facing such difficult situations. My favorite part of being a photographer is giving people a priceless photo to document how great life truly is, and now you understand my why. Life is short, and I plan to make the most of it. I would say my favorite statement is on a big canvas in my home, “It’s not happy people who are thankful, it’s thankful people are happy.” So, to describe me in one word, it’s thankful. I am always happy, and do my best to make every photo session fun! (I am also a self-proclaimed comedian, so I can get pretty much anyone to laugh during my sessions!). Please ask my clients, I will go above and beyond to make sure that you are happy with your pictures! I am proud to say that I was voted the Bold City Best Photographer in Jacksonville three years running. I was also voted by Folio Weekly, Jacksonville’s Best Wedding Photographer the past three years. I am honored and humbled and I definitely have to thank my amazing clients for that honor! I opened my gorgeous Photography Studio in San Marco in 2021 and I’m OBSESSED with it! I love shooting fine-art couture maternity photoshoots and focus on creating art with all of the gorgeous mamas to be! I am also a firm believer in giving back to my community. I do many sessions for free for children with cancer, children with disabilities and I love to give back to the military to thank them for the sacrifices they make for me and this great country!
